Still Waiting for Replacement

The boots I received on January 10, 2022 were defective. I returned them the next day and they arrived at the warehouse on January 14. I spoke with customer service several times, but am still waiting for the replacement boots to be sent. I’m sure that I will love them when they finally do arrive, but I’m not happy that they are taking this long to be sent out.
