To ensure timely delivery, please make sure you follow our shipping cut-off dates.

• Place your orders by Dec 7th for Free Ground Shipping. Standard Ground Shipping available at the moment is delivered within 5-7 business days after pick up and our current order processing timeline is 5-7 business days.
• For orders after Dec 7th, we highly suggest using the UPS 3 Day Select for guaranteed delivery. The order cut off date for 3 Day Expedited Shipping is Dec 15th.
• Orders placed after Dec 15th with 3 Day select may or may not be delivered before the Holidays due to the high volume of shipments around this time of the year.
• Please note that shipping carriers are extremely busy around this time of the year, so please consider any transit delay when placing your holiday order. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

We understand buying a gift isn't always the easiest. To make things easier for you, we have extended our Returns & Exchange policy beyond our regular 30 day window.

• Orders received from Nov 15th onwards will have until Jan 15th for any returns.
• All returns must be unworn with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Exception applies to all items or promotions marked as Final Sale, where no returns will be accepted.
