To initiate a return or exchange of your merchandise please click here. We do ask our customers to make themselves familiar with our return policy stated below. There is a $20 fee for returns. Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 30 days of order receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that ALL ACCESSORY SALES, INCLUDING OUR LEATHER CARE PRODUCTS, ARE FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. A return label is included with your orders.
Exclusions apply to orders shipped internationally & to Alaska and Hawaii as well as Final Sale Items. No returns/exchanges are accepted on products marked Final Sale.
We recommend trying your boots in a carpeted area to avoid any scuff marks. Our policy is the same regarding exchanges. The boots must be returned for exchange in new/unworn condition, In the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your return(s). You will receive an email from us once your account has been credited. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
Returning a product is easy. Just use our online return center to process your returns and leave the rest to us. Once you complete the return process you will be able to print a pre-paid return label which can be used to ship back products to us. For any exchanges, please follow the return instructions above, but mark it as an exchange. Since our inventory is limited, we recommend that you send back items for exchanges as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for the exchange to be processed. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your exchange request.
