Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled or modified.

Domestic Shipping

We offer UPS Ground Shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. A minimum shipping charge of $20 applies. Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska vary based on package weight. You can estimate shipping and taxes in your cart before checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Deliveries occur on weekdays only. Weekend delivery is not available at this time. Estimated delivery times assume orders are placed before 12:00 PM CST.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS Worldwide Express, excluding Japan and China. Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight.

Old Gringo is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees on international shipments. We are also not responsible for loss or damage incurred during international shipping. The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by item and country. All international purchases are final.

Signature Required

All orders over $100 placed and shipped from www.oldgringoboots.com require a signature upon delivery.
