Great Style - Terrible Fit

Loved the style of these boots! Beautiful. However, super stiff, so uncomfortable. I ordered up 1/2 size to give a little room but boot is really tight through ball of foot through toes. Foot bed offered ZERO support. Why is it so hard to add comfort to a great style?
