First, the customer service at Old Gringo Is Amazing!
I needed these boots for a trip that came up spur of the moment. I called them to see if there was enough time for them to be delivered before I left. They gave me a window as to when the should arrive which looked like they would get to me the day before I left. To my surprise the boots were delivered several days before I left for my trip. They are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I have several pairs of Old Gringo Boots and am a true size 9 in their boots. I wear a size 8.5 shoes. I need the extra toe room in my boots. The Shay Botin was a little snug to get my foot in at first and I called them again thinking I needed to size up to 9.5. The young lady I talked to told me about a trick I could use to get them on and it worked like a charm! My foot slipped right into my boot and they fit perfectly. These boots are so fabulous I bought the black ones with the metallic stitching and silver studs.
The gold ones are really special! Treat yourself and get them!

I have many pair of Old Gringos. People comment ‘true to size’ but I’m a true 8.5, but in OG’s I always get an 8 & they’re ALWAYS perfect. So buy what you wear in your other OG’s. These are so comfy, easy to pull on & sexy as hell.
