Not comfortable on my feet / color not true

The heel was not comfortable on my feet but they may be fine for others. I felt that the photos online showed they were off- white, but they were much darker colored when they arrived. Still, really cute boots but I returned them because they didn't feel good on my feet

Disappointed in quality

I have a couple Old Gringo boots because of the craftsmanship, comfort, beauty are irresistible. I was disappointed in the stain, the stitching and quality. The Right bootie zipper was stuck so i couldn't even try it on. A Old Gringo $350 bootie ought to carry the same "Old Gringo" standard of excellence. I sent them back.
