I purchased a pair of boots for my niece for Valentine’s Day, her first Old Gringos, she is 36 years old and I thought it was time to get her addicted to this fabulous company. I was shipped the wrong pair of non- exchange or return boots. However, when I called customer service, they were over the top nice and very kind and solving the problem. Meghan and I are headed to the beautiful new Old Gringo store tomorrow at 1:00 pm in the Stockyards! They have ordered the correct boot and made certain she could even exchange it! MAGNIFICENT! SALUTE!

I love all my Old Gringo boots!
Feel great! Fit my foot well abs are comfy. I get many compliments on all that I have.
I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. They’re very well made and beautiful. She’s going to love them.
I really like the stitching on these boots and the fit but I would like to see these boots with a higher heel like a block heel to make them have more of a Spanish flare
